Bruncsoft 3D Parts E-shop is an online store for 3D printed spare parts and technical components, operated by Bruncsoft (bruncsoft.com). Products are printed on a Bambu Lab P2S printer. The service operates at 3dshop.bruncsoft.com.
All products are produced by Bruncsoft using FDM 3D printing. Some products may not be in stock at the time of inquiry. You may use the cart's contact option to request on-demand production or a quote. Delivery terms and pricing are agreed per order.
Items produced by Bruncsoft on a custom, client-specific basis may later be listed and sold in the e-shop, unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of production.
Orders are placed by submitting a cart inquiry via our contact form. An order is confirmed only once Bruncsoft accepts it in writing (email). Prices are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms are confirmed per order.
Delivery terms (courier, shipping cost, timeline) are agreed individually per order. We currently ship within the Czech Republic and Slovakia; availability for other countries is confirmed on request.
If a product is materially different from its description, buyers may request a return within 14 days of receipt. Bruncsoft will refund the purchase price upon confirmation of the discrepancy. In cases of genuine mislabelling or defect, return shipping is covered by Bruncsoft.
Bruncsoft's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We collect personal data only when you submit our contact form: your name, email address, subject, and message.

Contact inquiries — processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to respond to your message. We do not use personal data for marketing without your explicit consent and never sell it to third parties.
All data is stored securely on our servers in the EU. Contact submissions are retained for up to 5 years for legal purposes.
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, object to processing, and request a portable copy. To exercise any of these rights, email us at . We will respond within 30 days.
If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (ÚOOÚ) at uoou.cz.
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law.

We do not set analytics, tracking, advertising, session, or third-party cookies.
